Reservation and booking procedure

1. Contact us with the following details:

• name, address, city, postal code, telephone, email address
• indication of preferred apartment
• preferred rental period
• number of persons

2. We will contact you within 24 hours: we will get back to you by email within 48 hours and send you the relevant details (price, availability, deposit)

3. Rental contract: we will be sending you the rental contract by email which you need to complete and email back to us. 

4. Confirmation of your reservation: your reservation is confirmed as  soon as we have received the completed rental contract and the deposit, payable by bank wire or Paypal.  A receipt notice will be sent and we will ask you to provide us with the information on your flight and arrival time in Rio.

5. Final payment: the balance is payable in cash at your arrival, upon inspection of the apartment and receipt of the keys. A fully refundable security deposit is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
